This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit Proposals for Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Train 2 – 20 ML/D Expansion , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
