This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Lethbridge Water Treatment Plant Process Redundancy and Medium Voltage Upgrades Construction as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
