This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Uplands Reservoir Upgrades Engineering, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
